We are seeking an energetic Channel Marketing Manager, based in Cambridge, to act as liaison and advocate to our global channel partners. This individual will be responsible to increase revenue by communicating Clear-Com’s product line benefits to channel partners in various markets and creating localized campaigns and support initiatives. The ideal candidate has technical aptitude, stellar communication skills and a proven track record of sales and marketing successes in diverse cultures with technical products.
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and VP of Worldwide Sales, the successful candidate will drive and create a holistic worldwide marketing program with channel partners along with the tactical implementation of localized action plans. Duties related to developing the program include (but are not limited to):
• Create and manage the global and localized channel partner program that includes partner web site access and maintenance, content development, sales promotions, advertisements & event coordination.
• Assess channel performance and making recommendations regarding marketing activities to meet and/or exceed quarterly objectives. Provide ROI analysis of investments and success measurement of program.
• Ensure that channel partners are equipped with product knowledge, new product information, and identifying training needs.
• Manage localization of product collaterals and other marketing material.
• Coordinate with Product Management team to develop formal and informal online training courses for partners.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with channel partners.
• Create partner communications include monthly newsletters, event invitations and pre- and post-show emails.
• Provide other marketing activity support to Corporate Marketing team as needed.
Requirements
• 5-10 years recent experience in a sales and/or marketing role (broadcast or live entertainment industry is preferred)
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or business
• Ability to travel worldwide (up to 40%)
• Experience with International channel marketing program
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Solid organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Creativity and out of the box problem solving ability that will lead to win-win outcomes for Clear-Com and its channel partners
• Strong work ethic, high level of energy and flexibility
• Fluency in two or more languages a must!
