For Returns for Repair for Americas and Asia please download the Return Information Form (RIF.pdf) and (RIF.xls), fill out the details and email it to SalesSupportUS@clearcom.com. You will receive an email notification, once your request has been processed, informing you of the Returns Authorization Number (RA) and details of how to return the item.
