Base Station Highlights:
- Expandable system
enables up to four synchronized co-located base stations to be used together for a total of 44 COMMUNICATORs with up to 16 in hands-free, full-duplex mode.

make DX210 compatible with existing 2-wire partyline or 4-wire matrix systems provided by Clear-Com or RTS.
- Wireless ISO Talk-around
allows all wireless users on the same base station to talk with each other, isolated from either two- or four-wire intercom channel. ISO function can be restricted to specific users.
- Digital Auto “Nulling” (Front Panel Access)
provides the deepest hybrid balancing in the industry and is flat across the entire speech bandwidth. The DX210 is equipped with an auto “nulling circuit” to easily null 2-wire connections and eliminate echo automatically.

assignable AUX IN for program input plus AUX OUT that can be used to direct wireless ISO to Stage Announce (SA).
- Triple diversity (space, time and frequency)
operation for extreme multi-path situation provides redundant communication that offers the most dependable system available. The strongest signal is selected from two different antennas, transmitted and received at two different times, on two different frequencies. The vertical and horizontal diversity antenna system is specially designed to prevent dropouts and provides the strongest audio signal possible.
- Digital 64 bits of encryption
for secure communications and Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology prevents unauthorized personnel from hearing or interrupting your communication.
- Relay (GPIO) actuation with ISO function
from either base station or any one of the appropriately configured COMMUNICATORs.
- Selective headset connector
allows the base station operator direct access to the IC channel, AUX IN /OUT, as well as COMMUNICATORs.
- Backward compatible
with previous HME DX200 COMMUNICATORs, (BP200) beltpacks are automatically assigned to channel 1 audio and work seamlessly with the DX210.
- 2-Wire loop-through connectors
allows for connection to multiple external audio devices.
- Feedback protection for un-terminated 2-wire channels
automatically eliminates feedback when connecting DX210 base station to 2-wire systems.
ETSI Compatibility as of January 1, 2015The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) has mandated a change in the way wireless products operate in the 2.4GHz bands. This new directive, EN 300 328 v1.8.1, requires Clear-Com to modify its HME DX-Series wireless intercom products and ship only v1.8.1 compliant products into countries that require CE compliance, beginning January 1, 2015.
What is EN 300 328 v1.8.1?
A new ETSI standard to address inteference issues within the 2.4GHz ISM band.
The main changes relate to how devices communicate and allocate radio space when they are in the same area. A new "adaptive mode" is required, which provides a mechanism so equipment can adapt to its environment by identifying other transmissions present in the 2.4GHz band.
How will this affect Clear-Com HME DX-Series products?
Clear-Com has modified its HME DX-Series wireless intercom products to be v1.8.1 compliant and created new model numbers for products sold in EU countries.

How do I determine if my BP200, BP 210, WH200, WH220 will work with new EU compliant base stations?
Check the G number, which is located on label under the battery, and cross reference to chart above.
Characteristics of new v1.8.1 compliant product:
- Spectrum-friendly feature will no longer be available.
- New beltpacks will be backwards compatible with older versions of the base stations.
- Older versions of beltpacks will not work with new base stations.
- Testing is more important when installing in order to determine antenna placement and coverage area, particularly when other 2.4GHz equipment is nearby.
