V-Series Panels on E-MADI (Multi-Channel Audio Digital Interface)

The E-Madi card supports up to 32 V-Series panels over a suitable infrastructure. To set up V-Series panels on MADI you need to:

• Run EHX version 8.5 or above.

• Configure the panel audio in the EHX software and the MADI software as necessary.

• Ensure that the panel is fitted with a V-Series AES options module (see the V-Series Main Panel Rear Connectors (AES 3) section of the V-Series Panel User Guide).

How the ports are configured in the software will depend on which MADI is used. See the following sections for details.
