Some third party SIP service providers (for example, RingCentral and Broadcom Inc.) require a User Authorization field when logging into an account in addition to the User and Password fields:
In this case, when you log into the account in the CCM, you will be required to input both User and User Authorization credentials into the User field separated by a # (no spaces):
