CON TYPE (Connection Type) menu

V-Series panels support three types of IP network connection:

Connection type	Description / comments
WAN	WANs (Wide Area Networks) cover a broad area and may include a number of local area networks (LANs).
LAN	LANs (Local Area Networks) usually cover a small area, such as an office, a single building or business.
Internet	Global network that may be used to connect local networks in various locations around the world.

The currently selected connection type is highlighted with a bar under the network type.

To select a connection type, press the key or talk button corresponding to the network type. The indicator bar will move to the selected type.

Press the CON TYPE key or talk button to exit.
