A Hybrid solution combines the system advantages of two or more centralized and decentralized systems for integrated communications. In this approach, two independent operators serving a common mission may be on two or more systems of any combination.
The systems are connected to allow non-blocking conversations between one or more operators on one system and other operators on a second system. Every operator on either system is reachable by the press of a button on their device. These centralized and decentralized systems create an integrated communications system (ICS) which is seamless.
