Arcadia for Public Safety

Arcadia® Central Station is a scalable IP intercom platform integrating both wired and wireless capability. The flexibility and scale make Arcadia a great fit for the Public Safety. A single 1RU box can dispatchers to first responders with wired speaker/mic boxes for individuals who are in stationary positions. Or provide beltpack and headset communications for anyone who needs full mobility on the scene of an emergency. As the need for greater capacity grows or a new feature is needed, field deployable Licensed Port Upgrades can be used to increase Arcadia’s intercom footprint up to 180 communication endpoints.

Eclipse HX Digital Matrix

Eclipse HX allows radio, telephones and audio sources to be combined into a single system and deployed via IP to phones and panels. Combined with FreeSpeak Wireless systems, Eclipse HX serves as the basis for a large scale hybrid wireless and wired solution for situations that require constant communication.

The Eclipse HX digital matrix is both flexible and scalable in supporting numerous types of communication for hundreds of users on hundreds of channels. Matrix systems distribute all signals, whether those are from communication panels and beltpacks or other sources/destinations such as two-way radios, phone lines, and paging systems. But it’s real strength is delivering communications via IP.

Trilogy Mercury Interface Unit (MIU)

Trilogy MIU can be used for bridging radio systems together for use with virtual and hardwired intercom panels.

The Mercury Interface Unit is a multi-purpose device that provides multi-channel real-time voice communication, radio interoperability, conventional and VoIP telephony, and other capabilities over terrestrial and/or satellite networks. It can be used as a single-site or standalone intercom system of up to 32 users in close proximity (up to 1500 ft). The MIU acts as a versatile audio processing unit and IP gateway allowing a wide range of external devices, including SIP and VoIP devices, to be connected to the intercom network.

Agent-IC Mobile App

The Agent-IC Mobile app can augments 2-way radio systems for those on the go, reporting in from an incident or working offsite.

Agent-IC is a mobile app for iOS and Android devices provides a cost-effective and fast-to-deploy solution that compliments traditional intercom systems, such as Eclipse HX, Encore analog partyline and HelixNet digital partyline systems. Agent-IC operates on smart devices over 3G, 4G, LTE and WiFi networks, and ties in to the main communications system via LQ or Eclipse.

HelixNet Digital Partyline

HelixNet can be used as a small-scale wired system for smaller emergency response situations.

HelixNet Digital Partyline is a wired digital partyline system, where all channel users can hear all talkers. HelixNet provides an easy transition for users of other communication devices by allowing users to focus on their primary task with minimal assistance or training. Users can select or be assigned any of the system’s 12 or 24 channels with independently mixed Program Audio without changes in the system configuration, wiring, crosstalk or noises.

FreeSpeak Edge is a multi-channel duplex digital wireless communication system. It uses the wide 5 GHz frequency band and takes advantage of reflections to provide higher performance in the field where multi-path might affect other solutions.
