Arcadia for Retail

Arcadia® Central Station is a scalable IP intercom platform integrating both wired and wireless capability. The flexibility and scale make Arcadia a great fit for the Retail industry. A single 1RU box can connect floor managers to multiple warehouses with wired speaker/mic boxes for individuals who are in stationary positions. Or provide beltpack and headset communications for anyone who needs full mobility on a retail floor or floors. As the need for greater capacity grows or a new feature is needed, field deployable Licensed Port Upgrades can be used to increase Arcadia’s intercom footprint up to 180 communication endpoints.

Agent-IC Mobile App

Agent-IC allows communications between retail team members who need to roam, and can be a cost-effective option to 2-way radio systems.

Agent-IC is a mobile app for iOS and Android devices provides a cost-effective and fast-to-deploy solution that compliments traditional intercom systems, such as Eclipse HX, Encore analog partyline and HelixNet digital partyline systems. Agent-IC operates on smart devices over 3G, 4G, LTE and WiFi networks, and ties in to the main communications system via LQ or Eclipse.

Trilogy Mercury Interface Unit (MIU)

The Trilogy MIU enables connectivity for 2-way radios and other devices to a matrix to allow for multi-cast zone store paging.

The Mercury Interface Unit is a multi-purpose device that provides multi-channel real-time voice communication, radio interoperability, conventional and VoIP telephony, and other capabilities over terrestrial and/or satellite networks. It can be used as a single-site or standalone intercom system of up to 32 users in close proximity (up to 1500 ft). The MIU acts as a versatile audio processing unit and IP gateway allowing a wide range of external devices, including SIP and VoIP devices, to be connected to the intercom network.

LQ Series IP Interfaces

LQ Series is a flexible series of IP units that can enable multi-site communications with IP and SIP capabilities to link various retail locations, or to connect the warehouse facility with a showroom.

LQ Series are Audio-over-IP interfaces for moving and distributing audio and communications signals to/from one or more communication points.
