ALAMEDA, USA – June 9, 2026 – Clear-Com® announces the appointment of Jason Dino as Southwest Regional Sales Manager USA. In this role, Dino will lead sales efforts, support Partners and strengthen customer relationships across Southern California and the Southwest region.
Dino joins Clear-Com after four years with Geer Tech, where he served as an account manager supporting audiovisual integrators, production companies and retail customers. As a manufacturer's representative, he worked closely with leading brands including Shure, Chauvet Professional and Clear-Com, becoming a trusted resource for Partners designing and implementing complex communications and audiovisual systems. His appointment marks a natural progression in a relationship that has spanned years, bringing his extensive knowledge of Clear-Com solutions and customer needs directly into the organization.

Before entering sales, Dino built a distinguished career in technical production and live entertainment. He served as technical director at Sage Hill School, where he oversaw technical theater operations, managed a major theater renovation project and led live event productions across multiple disciplines. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade with the technical services team at the Disneyland Resort and toured nationally with productions including Rent and The Producers.
Dino holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Production and Design from Pepperdine University, with an emphasis in audio and lighting. His background spans lighting, audio, live production and systems design, providing a rare ability to connect technical requirements with business objectives.
