Clear-Com® to Showcase Complete Range of Innovative Intercom Solutions including the Eclipse, CellCom and Partyline families at NAB2006

Exhibits to Include Applications for Live Production, Broadcast Studios, Large-Scale and Remotely Connected Facilities, and Mobile Production Vehicles

Clear-Com®, a Vitec Group brand, the global leader of trusted intercom solutions, will be demonstrating an all-new line of products at NAB2006, Central Hall, Booth #C5119D, April 24-27. CellCom®, Eclipse® and public safety demos will also be held in the Central Hall, Suite 206C.

Clear-Com will demonstrate its Eclipse family of systems for small, medium and large digital matrix needs; the CellCom family for wireless communications among standalone beltpack and integrated matrix/party line systems; the Partyline family of single and multi-channel beltpacks and main stations, wired and wireless communication products; and its latest IP-based intercom solutions.

Clear-Com's products and technologies allow customers to create interoperable solutions quickly and cost effectively using their existing communications equipment and infrastructure. At NAB2006, Clear-Com will showcase a variety of real-world applications, including scenarios for:

• Broadcast: How local, network, cable, and satellite television studios - including BELO, CBS, CNN, Fox, PBS, Sinclair, Telemundo and Univision - link production teams around the block and around the globe. Production teams from Argentina to Zimbabwe use Clear-Com to cover the news, events, entertainment, elections, and sports (including the Olympics, the Super Bowl, the Commonwealth Games, the Asian Games, and the World Cup) that feed the viewing public.

• OB Trucks: How the most advanced outside broadcast production trucks in the U.S., Americas, Asia and Europe work in concert with studios and performance venues. Law enforcement groups have their own specialized version of the trucks.

• Events: How live performance venues from community theaters to Broadway use wired and wireless communications. Clear-Com coordinates the onstage actions at the Lincoln Center, the Shanghai Orient Arts Center China, National Theater Japan, Cultural Central Philippines, Zurich Opera House, Sociedad Hipodromo Chile, Centre de Artes Venezuela, the Metropolitan in New York, the London Palladium, Radio City Music Hall, the, and Cirque Du Soleil performance venues in cities around the world. Clear-Com products are in the road kits of the major touring companies and in virtually every performing venue in Las Vegas.

• Military, Aerospace and Government (MAG): How systems are used in target ranges, between military units, and at NASA testing and simulation environments. International customers include Boeing, Raytheon, the US Army, US Navy, police departments, mass transit authorities, and port authorities.

• Public Safety: How radio systems (800 MHz, UHF, VHF, etc.), telephones, cell phones, and satellite communications are integrated into a single, interoperable, real-time voice communication system. Clear-Com products are used in command and control centers, mobile command vans, tactical units, dispatch centers, 911 call centers, power plants, hospitals, and more.

• Command and Control Space Conference Systems: How high performance versatile communications solutions are customized for commercial and military air traffic control as well as satellite launch and tracking facilities for NASA, the European Space Agency and others.Exhibits at NAB2006 will be open April 24-27, 2006 in Las Vegas.
