Arcadia Spectacular relied on Clear-Com’s FreeSpeak II Wireless Intercom and HelixNet Digital Partyline Systems to offer a high-quality multi-media experience and ensure constant communication across the wide and loud set. FreeSpeak II wireless intercom system linked to a HelixNet digital network partyline intercom system, with around 20 FreeSpeak II beltpacks and 25 HelixNet beltpacks, converging into one overall system to connect the entire production team. FNTech uses HelixNet Digital Partyline on productions

FNtech, the Fountain Valley, VA, technical services company, made the leap to acquire and deploy Clear-Com’s HelixNet digital partyline system for covering live production events. Accustomed to using a Clear-Com analog partyline system, they migrated their entire audio production system to digital—including repelling our connective cabling ‘snake’ with fiber in place of copper, which meant updating to a digital comms made a whole lot of sense.

Tosca Opera in Masada

The Tosca Opera took place outdoors on a massive open air stage in Masada, a solitary plateau in the Judean Desert. The temperature was about 54-degrees Celsius. Clear-Com’s FreeSpeak II 1.9GHz was used for production communication. Even under extreme heat and an open environment in the middle of nowhere, FreeSpeak II worked perfectly and the audio quality was clear. The director and stage crew were truly impressed with the system and gave FreeSpeak II glowing remarks. Watch the video!

Cross British Sports Book Awards 2015

FreeSpeak II Wireless Intercom System was used at the Cross British Sports for production communication. Multiple production staff are situated in a number of studio, and at any given moment, two studios are required to link up over video.
