The Windows-based EHX configuration software configures and controls the operation of one or more Eclipse HX matrices. EHX can both download and upload system configurations to a target Eclipse HX matrix for either offline editing or live changes. EHX v14 EHX v14 offers significant feature upgrades, including SMPTE 2022-7 Network redundancy. This feature allows a user to send identical audio packets over two separate networks to reach an endpoint. If the endpoint device does not receive a packet (or the packet is significantly delayed) via the first network, then the identical packet received from the second network can be used. Currently, endpoint devices supported are third-party products* with dual NIC capability. Audio consoles, camera CCU’s, advanced level IP speaker systems which have the 2022-7 feature set can take advantage of a redundant network. SIP connectivity is available directly on the E-IPA-HX card. A customer can add up to 64 SIP lines per card directly to the frame. Customers save space, energy and money by reducing the number of devices necessary to run high capacity SIP lines into their system. * SMPTE 2022-7 Network Redundancy

E-IPA-HX Interface Card.   E-IPA-HX is a networked IP interface card capable of up to 64 ports configurable per port for their function with AoIP connectivity on local high performance networks or processed audio for high resilience and low bandwidth for transport over public internet. E-IPA is equally capable of providing system interconnectivity to Clear-Com’s FreeSpeak IP or E1 Transceivers for Wireless Beltpacks, V-Series IrisX, 2X10, Agent-IC and Station-IC user stations, LQ Interfaces etc. as it is to 3rd party systems using standard protocols such as AES67, SMPTE2110, SAP, NMOS*, or SIP telephony, adapting to any infrastructure.
