At Clear-Com, our history has been shaped by remarkable people whose dedication helped build the company we know today. We are saddened to share the passing of Judy Giddings, whose contributions played an essential role in establishing Clear-Com's presence around the world.
Alongside her husband, Peter Giddings, Judy helped lay the foundation for Clear-Com's international business during a time when expanding globally was far more challenging than it is today. As Peter traveled extensively sharing the Clear-Com story with customers and Partners across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, Europe, and beyond, Judy was the steady force behind the scenes, managing inside sales, coordinating international operations, and ensuring everything kept moving forward.
Their work came long before today's always-connected world. Building a global business meant navigating multiple time zones through late-night phone calls, fax machines, and landline conversations. It required extraordinary commitment, organization, and teamwork. Judy's calm professionalism and unwavering support were instrumental in making those efforts successful.
Those who worked with Judy remember more than her accomplishments. She was known for her quiet elegance, warmth, and gracious nature. Whether welcoming colleagues, supporting customers, or representing Clear-Com at tradeshows, Judy had a natural ability to make people feel comfortable. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
While deeply committed to their work, Judy and Peter also shared a rich life outside the office, enjoying motorsports, tennis, and time with their beloved dogs. Together, they demonstrated that partnership, in business and in life, could be both successful and inspiring.
Judy's legacy lives on in the international relationships and global foundation she helped create. Her dedication enabled Clear-Com to reach customers around the world and contributed to the company's continued success for generations to come.
